The next rope goes around the arches of her high heel sandal clad feet with another one being placed on her ankles XXXX her to maintain balance with tightly bound legs. With that in place her hair is tied off tightly to the top of the rack pulling her to attention with her the heels of her shoes left grazing the floor to ease the pull on her body. Another rope is then added to her thighs and upper thighs in turn. Finally David takes mercy on her and unties her from the rack relieving the pull on her very strained body. A couple of quick smacks to the breasts leads into the end overall when Serene lets me know she's had enough.
Bonus ending of me breaking Serene with microfoam! I chose to do a double layer microfoam gag initially and when you choose to up the intensity of things sometimes you find that line to far. This ending is the reaction that brought Serene to tears with the severe tightness of the gag.
